These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by J. Knobel Investor Services Limited (hereinafter “J. Knobel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Cyprus and acting as a tied agent of Mega Equity Securities & Financial Services Public Ltd (hereinafter “Mega Equity”), a Cyprus Investment Firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under License No. 011/03.

By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using this website or communicating with us for investment-related services.

1. Regulatory Status

J. Knobel operates as a tied agent in accordance with Article 29 of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) and applicable CySEC regulations. We are entered in the public register maintained by CySEC.

As a tied agent, J. Knobel acts exclusively on behalf of Mega Equity and is authorized to provide the following investment services under the CIF’s license:

• Investment Advice
• Reception and Transmission of Orders in relation to one or more financial instruments

All other investment services, including execution of orders, custody of financial instruments, and safekeeping of client funds, are carried out solely by Mega Equity, under its direct regulatory obligations.

2. No Independent Investment Services

J. Knobel does not operate independently from Mega Equity and:

• Does not manage client portfolios
• Does not execute transactions
• Does not hold client funds or assets
• Does not provide custodial or clearing services

All accounts are opened directly with Mega Equity, and clients enter into contractual relationships with the CIF, not with J. Knobel.

3. Risk Disclosure

Investing in financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. The provision of investment advice does not constitute a guarantee of performance. Clients are strongly encouraged to assess their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation carefully before acting on any advice provided.

4. No Offer or Solicitation

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instruments or engage in any investment activity. Any investment services are offered strictly within the scope of our tied agent arrangement with Mega Equity.

5. Client Onboarding and Documentation

J. Knobel does not provide digital onboarding. Clients must complete and submit all required account opening forms, KYC documents, and declarations to be onboarded by Mega Equity. J. Knobel may assist in the completion and transmission of these documents, but final approval and account establishment are subject to Mega Equity’s compliance procedures.

6. Limitation of Liability

While J. Knobel strives to ensure that information provided is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, completeness, or suitability of the information on this website.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including loss of profit or data, arising out of the use of or reliance on information provided through this site or via our representatives.
