J. Knobel Investor Services Limited operates as a tied agent (Registration No. 32) of Mega Equity Securities & Financial Services Public Ltd, a CySEC-licensed investment firm (License 011/03).


This structure means:


  • You can receive non-independent investment advice and assistance with opening an account at a fully regulated Cyprus Investment Firm.
  • All order execution and custody of assets are handled directly and securely by Mega Equity.
  • Fees, commissions, and any potential conflicts of interest are disclosed in advance in accordance with MiFID II requirements.
  • You benefit from the full investor-protection framework of EU regulation and CySEC oversight.

As a tied agent, we provide non-independent investment advice (we may receive commission from product providers). We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide portfolio management.
