Knobel Investor Services Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Cyprus-registered company (HE 379422) acting exclusively as a tied agent (CySEC Registration No. 32) of Mega Equity Securities & Financial Services Public Ltd (“Mega Equity”), a Cyprus Investment Firm authorized by CySEC under licence 011/03.
We act under the full and unconditional responsibility of Mega Equity in accordance with MiFID II and CySEC Directive DI87-06.
Mega Equity remains the primary data controller for all investment services. J. Knobel acts as joint controller only for data collected during onboarding and advisory facilitation.
