  • The principal firm is responsible for account onboarding, execution of transactions, and custody of client assets.
  1. Eligibility

  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Not reside in a jurisdiction where using our services is prohibited by law.

  1. Reception and Transmission of Orders (RTO)
  • J. Knobel Investor Services Limited offers RTO services, meaning we can receive your orders and transmit them to Mega Equity Securities and Financial Services Public Limited, which will execute your orders on the appropriate markets.
  • As a tied agent, we do not execute trades or hold client funds. All transactions are processed by Mega Equity Securities and Financial Services Public Limited, the executing broker.
