Legal Form and Registration
J. Knobel Investor Services Limited is a legal entity established in the Republic of Cyprus and registered as a tied agent in accordance with section 30(3) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017.
The company appears in the CySEC Tied Agents Public Register as entry No. 32.
Principal Investment Firm
We act exclusively on behalf of:
Mega Equity Securities and Financial Services Public Ltd
A Cyprus Investment Firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
This exclusivity is required under Article 4(3) of CySEC Directive DI87‑06 of 2018.
Scope of Permitted Activities
In accordance with Article 3 and Article 4 of Directive DI87‑06, we may only perform services susceptible to representation, namely:
- Reception and transmission of orders
- Investment advice
- Promotion of the principal’s services
We may not perform any activity outside this scope.
Supervision and Responsibility
All actions performed by J. Knobel Investor Services Limited in its capacity as a tied agent are:
- Conducted under the full responsibility of the principal, and
- Subject to the supervision of CySEC via the principal
This arrangement is mandated under the Directive and the Law.
Cross‑Border Activity
Where applicable, services may be provided in other EU Member States only in accordance with passporting provisions under section 35(2)(b) of the Law, following regulatory notification.
